Counseling and learning has always been an important component of my life. I believe that my diversified work experience, my enthusiasm for success in all children and my willingness to be a team player will make me an asset to your school system.
My philosophy of education is grounded in success for all children. Every child can and should be successful provided they receive the necessary skills to ensure that no child is left behind. Each child should be given the opportunity to reach their full potential of coming lifelong learners. Gifted learners and slow beginners alike are to be strengthened through an education from teachers who are convicted that all children can learn. I believe in molding and shaping students to become the future leaders of tomorrow. As an educator, I have the desire to provide the learning of tomorrow. As an educator, I have the desire to provide the learning experiences that will challenge students as well as equip them with the skills they will need to face the day to day struggles in life.
