Text: Tennessee Senior Bridge Mathematics
Materials Needed: Notebook, paper, and pencils
Class Rules:
- Be polite and respectful to others
- Be in assignment seat and ready to work when the bell rings
- Be prepared and ready to learn when you enter the classroom
- Follow all Millington Central High School Rules .
Grading Scale Grades
A: 100-93 Test: 25%
B. 92-85 Classwork: 40%
C: 84-75 Quizzes: 15%
D: 74-70 Homework: 10%
Projects: 10%
F: below
Tests: Chapter assessments will be graded on completion, accuracy, and proper form.
Classwork: Includes in-class assignments, bell –work, and participation. Classwork will be grades on accuracy and / or completion and proper form. Classwork must be completed during the given class time for full credit. A grade of zero will given for any assignments not attempted.
Quizzes: Weekly quizzes, pop quizzes, and vocabulary quizzes may be given and will be graded on completion, accuracy, and proper form.
Make-up: Make-up work must be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with school board policy. Test and quizzes can be rescheduled, if a day or new material is missed (not if a review day is missed).
